Considering the unpredictable nature of the weather in Salt Lake City, we recommend you begin traveling on February 20th. This will allow you ample time to settle in, adjust to any unexpected weather conditions, and ensure that you are comfortably prepared for our special day.
For your convenience, a discounted block of rooms has been reserved at our 3 host hotels: The Grand American Hotel, The Salt Lake City Marriott City Center, and Residence Inn Salt Lake City Downtown. Room Blocks will open and be available on November 22nd. To make a reservation, please visit the link below after the 15th of the month.

If you would like to stay at a hotel that was not listed above, you are more than welcome to do so. There are roughly 30 hotels in a 3 mile radius of downtown. However, it will be YOUR responsibility to be present and on time at the host hotels for the provided transportation throughout the weekend.

Rental car counters are located in the Gateway Center, which is adjacent to the parking garage and accessible from the terminal by using the two bridges in the baggage claim area.
